His background in directing, fundraising, media, communications, and more has shaped his work with various causes and organizations throughout Southern California. This diverse experience has given him unique insight into all aspects of the nonprofit world. Chris's passion for coaching started while leading cross-functional teams, where he discovered that the best way to help others was by empowering them to become the best versions of themselves.

In this practical module, you'll establish clear fundraising goals for the next six months, from seed funding to long-lasting donations. With our guidance, you'll create a concise one-page plan to target major donors aligned with your organization's needs.
Prepare for an insightful 360-degree Assets Audit, uncovering all available resources (prepare for surprises!). We'll also address a burning question often asked by founders, providing valuable insights and solutions.

2. Conduct a comprehensive Assets Audit to assess your organization's resources, and gain expert advice on key questions commonly asked by founders.
FRAMEWORK
MODULE 4
Next, you will begin to home your craft of identifying potential donors. Constructing your Donor Profile (your "avatar") and utilizing the "Prospecting Equation," you'll transform abstract ideas into actionable processes and valuable results.
