Michael Hirschman is the Board President of FEAT, an emergency assistance nonprofit located in Colorado.
FEAT stands for Four-wheel Emergency Assistance Team, and is an organization that helps transport personnel, equipment and supplies during times of crisis or emergency.
The organization actually started back in 1982 as the result of winter storm blizzard that hit the Denver area and emergency management was overwhelmed and unable to rescue and transport people.
As Board President, MIchael is a natural leader for the organization with an extensive background in law enforcement and military intelligence allowing him to hone his people skills and systems thinking, all of which come into play when FEAT needs to spring into action during often unexpected times of crisis.
On top his work at FEAT, Michael is also the Founder of a successful technology based startup and knows what it takes to get a business, whether nonprofit or for-profit, up and running smoothly.
